Meet Sally Kingston
Our Community Engagement Manager
Sally is responsible for building partnerships with local organisations, schools and community groups, developing new projects that meet community needs, and supporting the financial sustainability of the charity. She will oversee and grow The Dugout youth club, work to expand community access to facilities at The Optima Stadium, and lead on new fundraising initiatives.

Meet Simon Sibley
Our Community Coach
Simon is passionate about making sport accessible and inclusive for everyone, with a particular focus on pan-ability football. As a Community Coach, he delivers sessions that encourage participation, build confidence and create opportunities for people of all abilities to enjoy football. He works closely with participants, families and the wider community to develop inclusive activities that make a lasting difference.
